The other day, I visited Inge Vincents’ workshop at Jægersborggade. If you haven’t been there already, you need to go. Not only is Jægersborggade one of the coolest streets in Copenhagen, but Inge Vincent
s makes the most beautiful, white ceramic vases, cups and bowls. She uses a special technique that allows her to create objects with walls so thin, that they look like they were made of paper. I’m in love.
While you’re at Jægersborggade, don’t forget to take a look at the other shops. There are some fabulous stores with clothes, art and second hand. You can also find a candy factory, where you can buy hand made toffee, caramel and lovely, soft fudge – while they’re making it. And don’t miss The Coffee Collective, an award winning specialty coffee micro roastery. Few indoor seats, but top notch coffee.
The street even has its own home page: www.jaegersborggade.dk
